We specialize in plastic processing of sheet metal in the process of laser, plasma and mechanical cutting as well as the production of steel structures. We have Amada and Mitsubishi CNC machine park, which enables mass production and allows for fast and high-quality products.
Our experience in the industry is supported by many years of cooperation with domestic and foreign contractors. We implement projects for the electro-machinery, automotive, aviation and agriculture industries.

Henryk Juszczyk
1940 - 2016
The company has been operating in the new facility since 2007 under the name “JUSZCZYK Zakład Mechaniczny Sp. z o.o. ” .
The company’s founder – Henryk Juszczyk focused on modernity, passed his many years of experience to the young Crew, bought modern machinery and equipment to meet the needs and expectations of customers.
Henryk Juszczyk was the driving force of the company and he was involved in its work for the rest of his life.
In 1999, Henryk Juszczyk founded a company under the name “Zakład Mechaniczny” based at Drzymały Street in Ostrów Wlkp., Specializing in mechanical sheet metal processing.
Along with the inflow of new customers and orders in 2003, on the initiative of Henryk Juszczyk, a second company was established under the name “Zakład Mechaniczny Sp. z o.o. Due to the dynamic development, the owner decided to expand the plant. A production hall with an area of over 2,000 m2 was built on the purchased land at Osiedlowa St. in Ostrów Wlkp.
